    Ugh! She’s perfectly aware of what she did and feels no guilt for it whatsoever. A photo of her should go on a “do not serve” wall but I doubt Stuart’s masters wouldn’t let those wanted posters the FBI puts out go on it.

      Sorry… that should be “would”, not “wouldn’t”. I’m inferring that Grumbel’s executives are so desperate for customers they’d allow known and easily identified criminals access to their stores.

        Which given their policies for dealing with shoplifters, isn’t too far removed from reality.

      I mean, they continue to let “crazy hat lady” shop at the store, so either Grumbel’s doesn’t allow store bans or Marla has spent so much time cowed to dipshits like Stuart that she has no spine left when she’s in a position of power where she’d have complete access to the means to make those bans happen and stick
