My 1st year of teaching, I discovered a closeout grocery store nearby that had bottles of IBC root beer. I brought one into the faculty lunchroom and immediately got 2 vice principals on my ass about it. Thought I had beer but it was root beer. They told me NOT to take it out of the lunchroom or have it in class.
A lot of NA beers are truly awful. One of the best ones I’ve had is Upside Dawn by Athletic Brewing. And no, I don’t work for them.
I have to second this recommendation! Athletic Brewing NA beers are actually so good and super helpful if you’re trying to drink less
There are a lot of soft drinks that closely resemble beer cans and bottles, use one of those next time Coop.
