Someone else had run over her daughter’s foot and broke the sandal strap and wanted the employees to find and punish whoever it was as if it was our responsibility in the slightest. When I told her she’d have to take it up with the person herself she said “so I should follow them out to their car and get their license plate number” not at all seeing the problem with that strategy. People are ridiculous.
