I don’t entirely disagree with Stuart in the second panel. I would never get my work done if I had to do it all by myself. I rely on my team to help me get things done. I wouldn’t say it makes you a good manager but it’s far better than being at work an hour or two later every night trying to finish up.

But the idea here is that Stuart gets Marla to do ALL of his work not just some of it.
