    Notice that as much as Stuart demands Marla and everyone bend over backwards to keep the business of their customers, even louts and lunatics who aren’t worth the effort, when he has to socialize with them himself he treats them and their opinions with the same arrogant distain that his staff have to work under.

      Right? For a guy who touts good customer service, he sure doesn’t provide it. He doesn’t even bother being polite to someone who wants to spend money in his store!

    No wonder he later on had no problem forcing the employees to work on Thanksgiving. It’s not sentimentality Stuart, it’s a legitimate holiday. Try looking it up sometime.

    ah, I see that Stuart is the purest type of corporate stooge. “Do you sell anything for *obscure holiday*?” “Of course not, if corporate doesn’t have a dedicated chapter in the manual about it, it is unimportant and therefore not worth our time to placate timewasters like yourself about it. Good day.”
