    Don’t forget to tell him the most fun aspect of the job. Those disgusting Monday morning calls from Stuart to rag on you for not making goal that week.

    This sort of thing is where Marla’s management style shines. She knows which parts of the job are the most important for Connor to hit the ground running and get him and his staff through the holiday season. Stuart would have had him memorizing the Grumbel’s manual and filling out pre-shift pep talk forms, neither of which would help him between now and January.
