There as a Dick Tracy villain in the mid-Sixties called Haf’n’Haf… essentially Two-Face if he had a moustache. I always felt playing him would have been a more nuanced role for Vincent Price on the Batman TV show. Oh well…
it would certainly be very off the wall if he was dressed up as Doctor Ivo “Eggman” Robotnik
