    Actually, Black Friday is not that big of a deal anymore thanks to the internet.

      That is true. But, it was also because of the pandemic. Stores chose to spread the sales over the month, so they could avoid having large crowds. They then figured out they make more money this way, so they stuck with itm

      It was becoming less of a thing for customers in 2019 (due in part to the internet, people wanting to avoid the terrible crowds of previous years, and in part due to too many years of stores jacking up prices for a couple months before BF and then putting it “on sale” for just sliiightly under the original price so you weren’t even getting a real deal) but STORES were certainly still trying to make it happen.

        Also depends on what is on offer. Somemolaces still see the stupid.

        Where I was working it was calm in the morning, steady, but calm, after 5 tho it went nuts apparently (I was happily home by then).
