A buddy of mine witnessed something like that when he went out around Christmas Time to buy himself a laptop. When he came back out, he saw the offending vehicle was kind of leaning to the side. Upon closer inspection, the tires had been slashed on one side — most likely by the person he cut off to get the space first. So much for holiday cheer!
That is why I hang on to my scooter even though I have a car….Its a breeze to park.
