Apparently a lady I helped took the time to write to head office about how I helped her, handled a big line and even helped defuse a situation with a guy that was coming onto her awkwardly calmly and professionally.
These kinda customers are rare, but if they don’t make me remember why instill do front line work.
My dad does this at restaurants. If the service has been exceptional, he makes it a point to talk to the restaurant manager to tell them.
