Funny thing is, Josh isn’t wrong. Either blind devotion to policy combined with disdain for frontliners(Stuart, Jerry, and… you know) or willingness to put up with a two-pronged assault of abuse from upper management AND customers(Marla, pretty much everyone else). Broken clock being right twice a day and all that.
