This happened when I worked for American Greetings. I was in my card aisle working and a customer was card shopping. The store manager was in the next aisle berating this poor girl because the makeup display had a few items missing. She kept telling him they hadn’t come with the shipment and she set it up as best she could without them. Of course he raked her over the coals over this though it was beyond her control. My customer looked a bit upset to be hearing this so I went to the next aisle and told that manager (he was a short little guy who compensated for his smallness by acting like a complete d-ck) that he was upsetting my customer by yelling so loud. He shut up and walked away.
I hate Jerry and Zucchini Head so much. Jerry really needed more on-screen karma. Or better yet his wife gave him that buy getting everything in their divorce.
I am moved to blaspheme.
