I think this would be one of those rare occasions where calling to complain to corporate wouldn’t do any good either:

Dafuq is a “duck boot”? Sounds like a light-hearted cartoon parody of a certain German film.
It’s a waterproof hiking boot, made of heavy rubber and closed with laces.

Do you mean, like, how nice they are? And is that “nice” as in quality or “nice” as in personality?
