Lazy bum customers. But there are a lot of people (mostly male!) who do stuff just like this. Leaving stuff on countertops when the trash can is right underneath the sink. Or leaves dirty clothes right next to the clothes hamper. Why is it so hard to just put it in the hamper?
One day, we will invent trash that will throw itself away. Or maybe that’s just wishful thinking on my part.
So the humans that are okay with doing this will just jump into a landfill, thereby throwing themselves out? I can get behind that…
Or when the customers leave feces-filled diapers on the shelves.
I have seen this all too often in the park, too…
Every time I see this one, it takes me a minute or two to realize there’s a trashcan in the second panel.
