I worked at a store where the department guys got a phone to take CS calls. “Keep them on you, hand them off when you leave the building” kind of rules. So of course one guy just puts it in his break-room locker and goes to Burger king, while we hear his phone ring for 30 minutes. Not sure why he and I almost always had the same break time.
