I worked in a store once where my fellow associate was on her knees getting a TV off the bottom shelf for a customer. Customer #2 starts lightly kicking her in the shoe and said, “Aren’t you going to ask me if you cam help me?”
As soon as she saw me coming on shift, she stalked over and hissed, “YOU deal with her!”
I hate this. I’ll usually just ignore them. They’ll say something when I start to walk away.
