Ugh. Norm’s rendering of Fiona went way down since February 23rd of this year. She looks like a Muppet rather than an actual human.
She looks like a doll in the last panel.
TBH many times a sign might say “up to” 40% off or $10.00 “and up” and the words in quotes are microscopic on the sign and easy to miss.
