three months? I’ve had laces break within a month, but those were very cheap shoes and it was to be expected. Laces are cheap, the shoes are still in good condition, they’re not going to take them back (or they SHOULDN’T)
What is this, War of the Buttons?!? Shoelaces are not that much money, and even if they were, you can word it differently to not sound so damn entitled! “Hey, I bought a rather expensive pair of shoes from you guys about three months ago, and one of the laces is already broken. Is there any way I could just come down there and get a pair of replacement laces on the house? It just seems like the laces should last closer to the life of the shoes.” Why is that so difficult?!? Sure, some people might thing you sound a bit silly for even asking, but at least you’re being polite!
