        No, you can certainly challenge those rules. There’s nothing inherently wrong with challenging those rules, and as Blitz said, every rule should be challenged.

        The part you seem to be missing is that for challenges to be successful, they need to have merit. There’s a marked difference between “We don’t have the supplies and/or equipment to implement these rules” and “We’re crybabies who just don’t want to follow any rules.”
