    She just reminded me of my late father. Dad used to often say about criminals, “What was the rest of their plan?”

    It absolutely blows me away that some people think they can bargain in stores, and somehow get insulted when they’re told that they can’t.

      I’ve heard you can do that in places outside of the US and there are probably places in the states, like pawn shops, where it’s allowed. But if you’re a local and still attempt it in a retail or grocery store or whatever, then you might need to go back to school.
