Cooper’s still on part-time status (meaning less than 40 hours per week), isn’t he? That means no vacation pay.
Across the pond back in civilisation, part time employees accrue paid holiday on a pro-rata basis.
I thought he at least got a week’s paid vacation even if usually he doesn’t go anywhere because he can’t afford to.
He’s an hourly part time employee. He has no benefits.
Same with some places in Canada.
