I object. I gave in to my hate decades ago, and I still am not strong enough in the Dark Side of the Force to slap somebody using a commercial jet. I HAVE BEEN LIED TO!
I literally saw someone do this recently, but the manager wasn’t using angry language like Marla. They did send the customer away without going through with the return (mainly because they claimed the product was defective and the manager was like “oh, then you need to clean it up before we can do a return. We can’t resell it if it’s obviously used”)
