This is so true. I’ve lost time on breaks because of people who are confused by the menu or can’t make up their minds. This makes me glad there’s online ordering and I can “grab and go”.
I don’t think they should call it V.I.P. I would just have a separate queue for mall employees. You’ll still have customers getting upset at you, but you can just tell them to go screw because you don’t have time before your break’s over
