      Since this bonus is meant for Store Managers, I wonder what the contract looked like for it. If Cooper signed a contract that laid everything out about the calculations, then he is under no obligation to think that the amount he received was “in error” unless there was a scale included. If you don’t know what the minimum or maximum amounts are going to be, who’s to say the formula couldn’t spit out $28k and it was accurate.

      I don’t like this storyline because we don’t know all of the facts. If this was a verbal agreement, then Cooper should get to keep that money, because he was given no indication of how much to expect (outside of Stuart saying it COULD be a few thousand, and could is not firm language)
