    Poor Marla is so used to being yelled at she gets all emotional when a customer is actually reasonable!

    I’m kind of surprised we haven’t seen a variation of this where the customer says “well, I don’t want that shirt” and then goes and picks out one of the ones that is ACTUALLY on sale. That’s usually what I do
