We could probably write it between us.
Don’t complain about globalisation and buy from Amazon.
Don’t complain about local job loss and buy cheap imports.
Don’t complain about the lack of options in the shops and buy from the the big chain stores.
Don’t complain that every high street looks identical and never buy from small independents.
Don’t complain about closed-down stores then use go window-shopping before buying online.
      Marla’s right – it’s not their fault, it’s ours.

Consumers have to understand they vote with their money, not their mouth.
If they buy from Amazon, they’re voting for globalization.
If they buy cheap imports, they’re voting for local job loss.
If they buy from big chain stores, they’re voting for lack of options.
        etc.

Not me. I got so effing frustrated by the ‘Customer Service’ at Big W I stopped going there about 8 years ago. Now I shop at The Big Bullseye and The Orange Box and can’t be happier. I’ll spend a little more to be a LOT happier.
