For once I agree with Stuart. Brice sold out to their biggest competitor showing he can’t be trusted. He’s a turncoat, a Benedict Arnold. I wouldn’t give him that SM position now for anything.

Benedict Arnold turned traitor after years of watching his superiors take the credit for his martial abelites, and nepotism promoting those superiors’ incompetent sons and nephews over him, making sure his career went no where. He had good reason to turn traitor. Brice was told to stop being a jerk and it hurt his feelings.
