Actually I see this all the time. I don’t understand why people always think it’s “thing” when it’s very clear. “If you think… you have another THINK coming.” Why do so many people make that mistake?
I would engage in malicious compliance by telling that customer I was sorry that he was such an unreasonable, selfish creepy… that would be sincere apology. If I was written up, I could then argue that I followed Stuart’s actions to the letter.
