    Moxie: 1) courage, tenacity, determination. 2) a carbonated drink made in Maine that some folk think is good (blecch)

    chutzpah: audacity, gall, brazenness; in original Yiddish it has negative connotations, but not so much in its Americanized useage

    Definitely moxie is better than chutzpah. One of the best definitions of I’ve heard is the guy who kills both of his parents and then asks the judge for mercy because he is an orphan.
