    what VALUE does the employee bring. Tonya brings in more sales, therefore she has more value to the company.

    Of course, Stuart will ignore that because he’s a fucking idiot and an even worse human being

    I worked for a company that did layoffs like Stuart.
    That guy who is really solid and does the work of 3 people? Gone, because he made a few dollars more than some other guys. It made no sense.
    I’d like to say it came back to bite them in the butt, but they refused to understand why those teams couldn’t meet their quotas anymore.
