    Once while I was doing the cards for American Greetings I overheard the store manager railing all over this poor girl because something was missing in the makeup section. She kept saying they didn’t send it but he kept on and on. She couldn’t manufacture it out of thin air! I had a customer there card shopping and she looked very uncomfortable. I was very glad to go over there and tell him he was making the customers uncomfortable with his hollering. And I gave the girl a sympathetic look. I was glad I didn’t have to answer to him.
