Ever since gift bags came into existence I have preferred them to boxes. I’m not a terrible gift wrapper but I’m not great at it either. Gift bags are great.
But this woman is a jerk to be blaming Marla for this. Later on (SPOILER) there is a strip where Marla orders plenty of bags and boxes but a manager at another store didn’t bother with it and Stuart (then DM) comes and takes half of Marla’s bags and boxes to give to the manager who forgot to order them. Then naturally her employees are being yelled at by customers for not having enough bags and boxes. Typical.
Actually, Cooper came to the rescue. They were going to take 4 boxes worth, but Cooper took out half of the bags out of each box. So they only took 2 boxes worth.
Funny how people think complaining will do that.
It’s in that bag, you know. Just wrap some tissue paper around the shirt, stuff more in there, and voila.
