You can put subtle jabs in there like “Professionally delegated responsibilities to immediate subordinates” and “Assisted District Manager with inspections.” If she can find three or four such ways to say that he’s totally useless without him being any the wiser, it’d be hilarious.
He’s a workaholic? He needs to delegate more? He already delegates everything to her. He must’ve made this resolution many years ago so he only needs to update it.
