    You knw Stuart’s getting desperate when treating even the most malcontent of customers like a Faberge egg isn’t required anymore. Heck, Marla could suggested snatching the receipt out of the customer’s hand and eating it right in front of them so they can’t return it now, and he may have told her to clip her nails so she doesn’t accidentally scratches them.

    From what I have read…most returns end up in the trash. So, minimizing them is not a bad idea.
