      Most likely. I’d have to check on Canada, but I think the Commonwealth nations all follow the same language scheme. However, he should remember “When in Rome” and keep it simple.

    No, I’ve known stores like that. “ground level” in the back is second floor, but “ground level in the front is first floor. It’s all about how the land and how it’s graded. Not everywhere is as flat as a Kansas prairie.

      Yup, that’s my local mall. North entrances and the food court are on the second floor, and South entrances are on the first floor.
