      I can get it being perfect planning for crap that just sits around for weeks on end because the higher ups refuse to clearance out garbage but there’s no excuse for something as high tier as seasonal decor that can be used year after year selling out about 3.5 weeks early

    TBT, an optimal value is to run out just before Christmas. That way you’ve sold all you could have without any leftovers.

    since this is just as December is starting, I wonder if corporate would be willing to send out small amounts of popular items like this over the remaining 4 weeks before Christmas. That is assuming that the vendor has any remaining if it’s a very popular item
