Either have Donnie come out with the shipment package and a boxcutter, and act like opening it up is right up there with defusing a bomb, or tear the box a little and says it’s one they were going to toss in the trash as the packaging was damaged. Either one will make the customer feel like it wasn’t worth having them check the back after all.

I had found a pair of shorts and asked the sales person if they had any on the sales floor. SHE’s the one that suggested to go in the back to find it.
