    Despite not realizing that this man is simply sticking to what he’s comfortable with (Gen Z often struggles with perspective, having already had a lot of tech established), Marisa is providing excellent customer service here, and I commend her for that.

    Plus the kicker here is, even though she didn’t sell him anything, he’s likely to remember his good experience here, and come back later.

      This. Sometimes the best thing you sell is a good experience. It subconsciously sits in their mind and they might come back.
