    I like the guy in the glasses looking back and forth between them without saying anything. He’s obviously wants to stay out of this in case it becomes a fight, and recognizing that Marla is doing her best under poor directives.

    Marla is lucky she’s able to tell the truth about this. I was always told you take the blame, you never blame the corporate office or anyone else. You accept the blame for something you have no control over. It makes you want to scream and tear your hair out!

      Customer service workers don’t get paid enough to take the blame for upper management.
