    If that happened to me, I’d just hang up.

    Luckily, I’m deaf so, I wouldn’t have to deal with it.

      And legitimately that’s what people would do, too. We have work to do and while it’s reasonable to go and check something when someone calls for it doing someone’s shopping for them is where most people draw the line.

    Nope. I legit told them that I wasn’t going to do that. They wanted a book with a title that started with M. I told them that my boss would not allow me to stand there and read all 21,000 book titles at them. They either needed to find the actual title, or an author, or come in physically. Never got in trouble for that.
