In every job I’ve ever worked the moment you get a new manager they want to throw their weight around in some way and it never works out if they don’t ease up on things. We do things the way we do for a reason. We’ll make changes where we can but when it comes to the day-to-day work we’ve been doing this for years so trust us to do our jobs.
