I remember a few summers back, my family went to England to visit some relatives and at one of the train stations they were selling juice boxes of coconut water, so we bought a box to try it. None of us really liked it, but I decided to finish it because I didn’t want to just waste it.
It’s very peculiar. Coconut water is the liquid from inside a coconut that comes out when you crack it open (whereas coconut milk is a processed product made by shredding the white flesh and mixing it with warm water)
You don’t get much in a coconut, but some people have convinced themselves it’s incredibly healthy. So… Whatever.
I’d buy some.
