I literally saw someone do this recently, but the manager wasn’t using angry language like Marla. They did send the customer away without going through with the return (mainly because they claimed the product was defective and the manager was like “oh, then you need to clean it up before we can do a return. We can’t resell it if it’s obviously used”)
