This is one area in which I agree (just not about the free shipping.) When I am buying a product, I want to look at it, handle it, examine its features, and see if I feel it is suitable for my needs. You just can’t do that online, especially when 99% of things you buy on the Internet come from China and the quality is most likely going to be questionable. If a brick-and-mortar store has a product on its website, I expect it to be on the shelves. They’re not Amazon, and they should stop trying to be.

Gas…. wear and tear on the car…. not to mention your time…..
