Why are they starting to hire people now if the payroll won’t accommodate the new hires for another 6 weeks? I understand getting ahead of the curve, but it’s not like people haven’t had to wait 2+ weeks to hear back on a job. Heck, the longest I’ve had to wait to hear from a job was 2.5 months, so what’s the rush?
