Every article and review of that movie I’ve ever seen calls that character “The Evil One”, not just “Evil”, so I was kind of lost too for a minute.
My first guess was that evil scientist character Jim Varney (“Hey, Vern!”) used to play but without the third hand growing out of his head.
How is Marla’s mask moving with her eyelids?
Maybe it’s actually face paint.
