Ya and that author whined and cried about how she was running through her savings. Um…most retail workers don’t have thousands of dollars they can live off of when their job doesn’t pay enough.
It was still a pretty good book though. Very enlightening. Those of us who have been there could relate and hopefully it taught a thing or to to the rest of the world.

There is also this minor and obscure book called “Pretending You Care” by some other author.

Good. Then your book can have a chapter on how hard it can be to find a job as a lowly retail worker.
Maybe in 2015. These days every single store is literally begging for workers.
Some offering signing bonuses like pro sports teams.
