Botanical dietary supplements are labeled as “root” or “rhizome”, depending on what they are. If you’ve got a supplement calling itself “moss root”, you probably should avoid it.
Or maybe it’s “mossroot.” A lot of things have combination names even if they are neither.
Right. Like “alternative medicine”. It’s not medicine! 😀
