We had this happen at our store and it turned out to be a verry sad story of his wife passing away just before Christmas
Aside from undoing the wrapping, I’m not seeing an issue here. (I am assuming he got the right store.)
It looks like he doesn’t care what he got for Xmas he just wants money and will probably throw a fit if he gets store credit instead.
He never even opened them to see if he’d like them.
Either that, or they were gifts he bought *for* other people that he has some reason for returning and was just too lazy to unwrap them.
