Planning takes thought, and to managers who are idiots and don’t understand how things work, thought looks like you’re not doing your job.
My dad used to be a programmer, and his manager was not. So every time said manager walked into his office, he’d start randomly typing on his keyboard… >.<
I had to deal with a supervisor like that when the computer science professor (the boss) was on a business trip. Heard the supervisor refer to me as lazy, so I quit on the spot and without notice.
Of course you have to plan it out! Like if you move, you’re looking over each room, planning where to put everything. It ends up saving time in the long run. Even a moron ought to know that, so what’s wrong with you Brice that you don’t know that?
Brick, you went to business school! You SHOULD know how important process flow, bottlenecks, LIFO, FIFO, inventory, and capacity are! Goes to show that you can’t buy experience.

Heh, you should watch the short ‘Setting Up A Room’ as done by Rifftrax. It’s hilarious.
